Valves are for free-flowing dry material. Valves should be installed vertically and thrown when empty. Valves should not have high impact of
material on pan or have outlets restricted. Valves should have centering spouts to direct flow and prevent side wear. Airborne material and dust
may transfer to other outlets. Specs p 44. Cable, cable handles, pulleys, and cable locks p 13. Position indicator switches available for manually
operated valves
