CEILING GATE FEATURES
STANDARD CEILING GATE
1. All gates 5-1/2" tall. Overall length is twice the size of opening, plus 5", plus width of
flange. Gate dimensions p 46.
2. Bottom rails are cut short for self cleaning of gate traveling in both directions.
3. Gate has 1" shaft with sleeve bearings for shaft support. Sleeve bearings help
prevent bending of shaft.
4. Pinions have 1" bore and ten large teeth to prevent build up. Racks are weldable
ductile material.
5. Optional rollers are 2" diameter high density plastic that will not rust, 3/8" bolt hole.
6. By removing roll pin, shaft is reversible, allowing you to put manual control on either
side.
7. Standard gates have 10 gauge frame and 7 gauge slide.
8. Gates are all welded construction.
PREMIUM CEILING GATE
1. Premium gates have 7 gauge frame and 1/4" thick slide.
2. Premium gates have pipe sleeves for shaft support and flange mount bearings.
3. Premium gates have 1 3/8" steel bearing races for rollers, 1/2" bolt hole.
