ESI, EVL & ESL is ETA
approved and CE marked for
structural connections.
ESI have fire resistance classification F120 and ETA
for post-installation of rebar (ø8-ø32) acc. to EC2.
EVL is optimized for installation low temperature
base materials ( -10° C).
Both EVL and ESL are approved for installation in
water filled holes (M8-M24).
Expandet Styrene Free Injection Mortars are ideal
for installation of threaded rods, rebar and sleeve and
are defined in base material: Normal weight concrete,
Lightweight aggregate concrete (LAC), Aerated Con-
crete, Solid brick, Hollow brick, Sand-Lime brick.
ESI-V is optimized for use with cartridge temperature
down to 9° C
All injection mortars are available in 300 ml.
