You and up to eleven (11) guests will enjoy an amazing farm-to-table dinner experience at the Neuroot Farm,
courtesy of Prairie alumna and hostess Kat Neubauer. The setting for your evening is the gorgeous horse
barn located on the property or, weather permitting, at a beautifully-set table outside, next to the outskirts
of the farmed land. You will be delighted by the charm and ambience of this one-of-a-kind dinner setting.
This refined rustic dining experience will feature fresh produce and locally-acquired ingredients prepared by
the talented Matthew Martin, head chef at Vero International Cuisine. Relax by the bonfire pit for drinks and
dessert after the meal. Enjoy stargazing and toasts with your group of friends while listening to the evening
sounds of crickets and owls in this enchanting country setting.

Package Details: Dinner prepare for up to 12 guests on site at the Neuroot Farm in Racine. Meal, dessert
and beer/wine will be provided. Dinner must take place in August or September 2015. Date to be mutually
agreed upon by winning bidder, Kat Neubauer and Matthew Martin.
