property or services. Neither the School nor the Donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may
result from the use of property or services sold.
·
Prairie School reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale. The School reserves the
right to reject a bid from any Bidder. With the exception of the Live Auction, the Events Coordinator or another
Auction Official will act as final authority on any dispute.
·
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the Catalog. However, due to the
complexity of the event and the hundreds of individuals involved, errors may occur. If we have slighted someone or
have made a mistake, please forgive us and inform us of our error.
·
If your employer has a matching gift program that includes private institutions, please bring along (or send to Prairie
post-event) the completed, signed form for processing. The tax-deductible portion you spend may be matched by
your employer.
·
Do not forget the Addendum; it contains important last-minute changes and additions to the Catalog.

The Silent Auction opens at 5:00 p.m. on April 25, 2015.

All Items have assigned item numbers located in front of or near the item.

All Bidders will place bids using the Lumi Electronic Bidding System. To place a bid, the Bidder must select the

Bids will be displayed on large screens throughout the Silent Auction area. Bids will be listed by bidder number.
·
Bids may be placed until the Auctioneer announces the close of the Silent Auction. At that time, no more bids can be
placed and all bids are final.

Those Live Auction items that can be displayed will be available for viewing on Saturday evening.
·
