The right moves
to improve
air quality
Unknowingly, air indoors is often more
polluted than the air outdoors (5 to
10 times more). However, the baby is
growing and is much more sensitive to
the quality of the environment around it.
The ideal temperature for the baby is
between 18 and 20°C.

Beyond 22°C there is a risk of promoting
mould and unwanted organisms such
as dust mites, responsible for many
allergies.
Humidity levels affect the well-being
of my baby.
Like temperature, humidity levels affect
the well-being of babies and promote
the growth of mould and dust mites.
The ideal humidity rate is between 40
and 50%.
The air in the baby's room is less
polluted than air outdoors.
Unfortunately, in enclosed spaces there
are outdoor pollutants as well as specific
pollutants: in walls, furniture, interiors or
personal care products.
So choose the right products!
And think of airing the room at least
10 minutes a day to reduce the
concentration of pollutants!
