s we swing into another year, I look forward
to hearing from the Coffs Coast community
groups that require assistance from our C.ex
Community Crew and our C.ex Community
engagement Program. Our Club Grants are now all online
and can be found on our website www.cex.com.au. Please
contact me if I can be of any assistance with this online
process. The C.ex Community Crew is made up of C.ex
staff who are volunteering their personal time to assist our
community. We are passionate about making a difference
in our community. I can be contacted on 6691 9251 or

The Crew went out to assist with the Prelude to Christmas.
margaret bridgeman wrote her thanks with the following
words. "Could you please pass on to your team our sincere
thanks for their contribution to our Prelude to Christmas.
They worked magnificently on the BBQ which returned a
profit of $250 and contributed to an overall effort of $855
for the night. This will go a long way to making sure we can
stage quality school Holiday programs for at least the next 6
months."
St Augustine's Fete
Last year st Augustine's celebrated their 100-year centenary.
The C.ex Group was proud sponsor of the centenary. The
celebrations finished up with the St Augustine's fete. The
Community Crew had a wonderful time assisting with the
photo booth and the chocolate wheel.
Love Your Sister
samuel Johnson rode into C.ex Coffs on his unicycle on
23 November 2013. His epic journey to ride his unicycle
around Australia whilst raising a million dollars for breast
cancer research concludes this month in melbourne. The
C.ex Community Crew was delighted to welcome him into
the Club. With the assistance of emma rhodes Photography,
Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, Dolphin Marine Magic, 2CSFM
and Bendigo Bank, the Love Your Sister charity raised $6400
on the night. Well done! samuel Johnson also came back
the next day and dressed up as Chocolate moose for the
members' Kids Christmas Party.
