The C.ex Coffs Camera Club has experienced a successful
year with Donna baldwin achieving the top prize for best
Overall monthly Competition Winner. ray Faggotter's
stunning panorama shot, taken in Namibia, titled `Dead Vlei
mist', was announced as `Image of the Year'.
The C.ex Coffs Camera Club was also presented the
opportunity of hosting the 11th Annual marnie Yeates
Nature Photography Competition, a prestigious event for
local amateur photographers. This year witnessed fabulous
photographs with entries totalling over 100, for all to enjoy
at the Coffs Harbour bunker Gallery.
C.ex Camera Club member Lisa Verco won first place
with her image titled `Dingo on a mission' and Lillian
Kok-mcCosker won the Youth Award with `Yellow Tailed
Comedian'. Congratulations to, not only our winners, but to
all the exhibitors.
In may 2014, the C.ex Camera Club will be hosting the
Northern Zone Convention for Camera Clubs from
Lismore to Nambucca and west to Tamworth. Locals are
invited to come along to get great photographic tips from
some very talented professionals.
Volunteers from the C.ex Camera Club have assisted
C.ex Coffs by partaking in photos of children with santa
for club members this Christmas. Another highlight during
the year was the club's invitation to photograph the NsW
Archery Competition held at bellingen.

each month 7.00 pm at C.ex Coffs (Feb to Dec). New
members are welcome.
