Happy christmas
from the
Sales & Events Team
this month Coffs harbour will be celebrating the Silly
Season and revelling in festivities, all the while busily preparing
for Christmas celebrations. It is almost time to relax, eat, drink
and be merry with family and friends.
It is also that time of year to say thank you. therefore we
are sending a big thank you to everyone who has held an
event with us at C.ex Coffs this year. every event has been
special and unique and we have thoroughly enjoyed engaging
with every one of you.
We have enjoyed celebrating your weddings, birthdays,
anniversaries, engagements, baby showers, hens' parties and
reunions. We have appreciated putting the final touches
to conferences, trade shows and exhibitions for large
corporations and small businesses. and of course, we have
delighted in an array of dazzling gala dinners and charity
balls. on behalf of the Sales and events team, we have had
fun! We are very grateful to have had remarkable clients
and created some extraordinary and outstanding events. the
feedback we have received is overwhelmingly positive, from
the amazing food, friendly service and terrific set-up to the
professionalism and dedication of all involved.
We would love to take this opportunity to wish you all a
very happy and safe Christmas with family and friends. We
are looking forward to working with you in 2014 to create
more fabulous and memorable events.
Best wishes,
Anita, Stacey and Mel

Christmas has come around again, with everyone remarking how
quickly the year has gone.
Attention
Members!
w
ell once again the club has had another
successful year. We now have the
"naming rights" of the international
Stadium for the next five years, we will
be the Coffs Harbour Surf Club's Major Sponsor of their
Craft Carnival this coming year and our community
team with Carrie Skinner at the helm goes from
strength to strength, `kids watch out for the C.ex Moose
named Chocolate'.
Once again as we travel to be with family and friends
for the festive season, please take time out to think
about those poor `Aussie' families who will do it tough
this Christmas. Those who lost all, in those shocking
fires a few weeks back; visit the Salvation Army and
give a little because that could mean the difference
for those who are not doing as well as the rest of us.
To those poor families in the Philippines they also
need support after the devastation caused by typhoon

'Haiyan`. To those members who lost loved ones during
the year, please remember them in your hearts and the
special times you had together and accept our deepest
sympathy at your great loss.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience
that the building is having on your entry to and from
the club but when finished it will look far superior
to anything we have had before. To our CEO John
Rafferty, his Management Team and Staff, thank you for
a great year from the Board and members. Have a great
Christmas break with your families and friends and
celebrate the incoming New Year in grand style.
To all our members have a Merry Christmas and a
Happy New Year, travel safely over the Festive season,
enjoy those who are close to your heart and we look
forward to seeing you in the Club at one of our
three venues.
