Running Festival
The C.ex Community Crew joined the Coffs Coast for the
running festival. a great day was had by all involved.
Grandparents Day
national Grandparents day was on 27 october and we
had over 40 nominations for the `Coffs Coast Grandparent
of the year'. our Judges were Kathy Phipps from brayside
Preschool and Jane reynolds from Coffs harbour Base
Hospital. Margaret Wallace was crowned as the "Coffs
Coast Grandparent of the Year". the runner up was trevor
Jamison. The remaining nine finalists were Jeanette Pearce,
Jenny Skinner, leanne Wallace, lana Risi, Kim Craig, Terry
and Kerrie Gauci, fleur Graham, inga Wikstrand and Sandra
hebbard.
Christmas Winter Wonderland
the C.ex Community Crew is delighted to be bringing a
Christmas Winter Wonderland to the C.ex Coffs Vista
Lounge. You and your family are invited to come and take
part in Christmas craft activities and meet with Santa
to have your traditional Christmas photos taken, free of
charge. the Santa sessions will be held in december on
Saturday 7 and 14, 4.30pm7.30pm and Sunday 8 and 15,
10.30am-1.30pm.
Light the Night
the Leukaemia foundation hosted a wonderful Light the
night lantern parade at the Botanic Gardens. the crew was
delighted to be able to assist with the lantern making and
take part in such a memorable evening.
