The Water For People NYC Committee has a team of 20 riders fundraising and training. Two committee members will be attending the Water For People Summer Volunteer Workshop in Denver. Tim O’Brien was awarded the Kenneth J. Miller Founders’ Award. He was presented the award at an event in NYC in April, and it was mentioned during the Water Event & Expo in Saratoga. The LIWC will be holding its Annual Golf Outing at the Rock Hill Golf and Country Club in Manorville, New York on October 3, 2013. Sign-in and lunch start at 10:45 a.m. with a shot gun start at Noon.
