Achieve highest per capita participation rate in Australia Participation/players total of 30000 by 2015 including: – i. 12000 Entry Level Modified participants ii. 500 Female participants iii. 12500 Traditional Club/School players iv. 5500 Indoor Cricket players Increase quantity and quality of coaches in line with player participation rate (1 coach:25 participants) Increase the number of umpires to meet Grade/Community cricket requirements Establish a volunteer register and track growth in line with participation growth All players to have access to appropriate facilities III. IV. Achieve substantial & sustainable increase in participation and inspire the next generation of fans V. VI. Supporting Strategies A B C Develop, implement, & manage participation programs to the highest possible quality Provide a clear pathway to migrate participants to players Target all areas for participation growth including: i. Female ii. Indigenous iii. Veterans iv. Multicultural groups v. Disability groups vi. Non-traditional Develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders to entry level programs. These include (but are not limited to): i. Education providers (Principals/Teachers) ii. Club Junior Development officers iii. Private providers Develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders to Junior, Community, and Grade cricket clubs and associations Implement coach education systems to support coaches involved in club & junior programs Maximise the use of current and future sporting facilities for the benefit of cricket Provide necessary training/education to attract, support and retain umpires Provide resources, education, and appreciation to all volunteers associated with cricket in Tasmania Identify opportunities in population growth areas for competition, club, or program enhancement Develop marketing and communication D E F G H I J K
