be to keep water out of the building materi-
als, while at the same time allowing moisture
to pass through the surface. Apart from high
resistance against micro-organisms, it is
important that the facade paint is resistant to
sun of all seasons, wind and weather.
In many ways, this Facade paint can be compared
to Gore-Tex rainwear. It keeps rainwater out,
in the same way, this facade paint allows water
vapour to penetrate through the wall from the
inside, but without any risk that rainwater will
penetrate the wall from the outside.
Together with the self-cleaning effect and a
minimum of dirt build-up, this prevents miscol-
ouring of the facade. Our facade paints are
also available in a ClimateCooler version, which
reflects the sun rays and offers up to 25°C
cooler Facade, but also with a ClimateCooler
Catalyst effect that break down air pollution!
