Iso Metal Primer WB is a water-based quick-drying and highly efficient corrosion inhibitor with excellent adhe-
sion on steel plates, iron rafters and pre-painted facade and roof panels Etc. Following cleaning, if stains or areas
with rust are found, treat these with RustConverter, and then always apply Iso Metal OneCoat or Isonit roof
coating on the affected area.
Iso RustConverter constitutes an efficient solution for treating corrosive areas on steel and metal. Iso Rust-
Converter is a highly viscous, slightly green liquid product that converts normal rust to inactive rust, effectively
halting the corrosive process. After 24 hours, follow-up treatment with Iso MetalPrimer and then Iso Metal
OneCoat or an Isonit coating paint is required
Universal Cleaner is used as a Cleaner Soap for various types of surfaces, such as steel and metal panels, bitu-
men roofing felt, EPDM surfaces and paving stones. Wash clean prior to follow-up treatment with other Iso Paint
products.
Hypercoat HS 100 is a single-component liquid silan-modified polyurethane roofing membrane with only a slight
odour. It contains 100% dry matter and forms waterproof, flexible sealing of steel panels, fibre cement and all types
of roof renovations. It is especially suited for extremely worn and leaking flat roofs covered with bitumen felt and
concrete, including those that may hold pools of water. Use on e.g. car garage roofs, shopping centres and warehouses.
A unique feature enables Hypercoat 100 to be applied on surfaces with high residual moisture content. The product
then dries through the inherent moisture in the air, making it highly suitable for use at the beginning and end of the
season. Also suitable for waterproofing e.g. basements since the product can withstand both negative and positive
hydrostatic pressures up to 6 bar. Also available as HyperCoat HS 100 ClimateCooler with sunlight reflecting qualities.
Hypercoat SB is a solvent-based 1K moisture-curing polyurethane-based liquid roofing membrane. If offers water-
proof and flexible sealing, and can be used to renovate all types of roofs, especially worn down and leaking flat roofs
covered by bitumen roofing felt, steel panels, fibre cement and concrete, including those that tend to collect pools
of water after heavy downpours. Can also be used on e.g. garages, shopping centres and warehouses. Hypercoat SB
forms an incredibly strong, elastic and chemical-resistant film, and can also be applied on surfaces with high residual
moisture content. The product then dries through the inherent moisture in the air, making it highly suitable for use at
the beginning and end of the season. Also available as HyperCoat SB ClimateCooler with sunlight reflecting qualities.
Hypercoat SB Special Thinner is used to dilute Hypercoat SB when required and to clean tools, paint systems,
etc. that have been used together with Hypercoat SB.
Hypercoat SB Accelerator is a hi-tech curing agent developed to complement Hypercoat SB to reduce the drying
phase and improve aspects such as hardness and chemical resistance and to enable application of a thicker coat,
especially during the cold season with high humidity while ensuring it harden and dry fast.
Hypercoat SB Primer is a 1K moisture-curing primer in the form of a viscous, ready-to-use liquid for use as a
pre-treatment agent before the Hypercoat products are applied. To be used on critical surfaces where there is
a need to verify optimum adhesion of the Hypercoat products, especially on bitumen roofing felt and synthetic
coverings, including EPDM and TPO, or in cases when adhesion is critical as a result of "sweltering" roofing felt or
synthetic panels with residual slip-coat qualities.
Adheres to hard and porous surfaces, such as wet and dry concrete, asphalt and bitumen surfaces, or on glass,
marble and steel panels. The product elasticity exceeds 300% which makes it suitable as a curing membrane and
dust retaining agent.
Isonit Gloss 12 - 20 - 50 is an original world-renown roof coating constituting a quick-drying acrylic-based all-
round solution for fiber cement concrete, cement roof tiles, primed metal, etc. It offers excellent adhesion, water
repellence, UV stability and has superb covering capacity to present an attractive surface finish with a water
droplet effect. Available in several different gloss qualities, from mat to semi-glossy. Isonit gl 50 is very well
suited for coating cement roof tiles.
Isonit Non-reflective is particularly suited to treat porous fibre cement roof tiles. Thanks to a unique composi-
tion of filling agents, sunlight is reflected to offer an appealing, homogenous surface impression.
Rubber roof coating is a semi-mat Gloss 12 water-based dense emulsion paint that can be applied in very thick
coats, making it especially suited for roofs in poor condition. It has a very high degree of adhesion, elasticity and
flexibility with a holdout factor of up to 500-700%. Usable on roofing felt, fibre cement, plaster, primed metal,
etc.
Hb 80 finish is a water-based high-gloss roof coating for use on roofs were a special exclusive look is required,
offering a pleasant, shiny surface, yet with exceptional characteristics to prevent growth and dirt build-up on the
roof. Always prime using TG80 prior to applying HB 80 Finish.
Tg 80 start is a roof primer that should be used before applying HB 80 Finish as it is a prerequisite for optimum
adhesion and priming. It offers a filling coat with high covering capacity and is suitable on cement roof files.
Isonit Construction is a translucent primer for fibre cement and other porous mineral surfaces for application be-
fore applying e.g. Isonit roof coating. Isonit Construction regenerates and improves the original material giving it
increased strength and adhesion for the top coat, and it inhibits water absorption that prevent moisture build-up
and frost bursts.
Eternit Primer is a pigmented water-based 2-in-1 product combining a primer and the 1st coat of paint in one.
It offers optimum adhesion and spreading capacity for follow-up finishing by e.g. Isonit. Eternit Primer builds
on an advanced formula of acrylics and PU bonding agents with reinforcement by using small micro-fibres that
regenerate the strength of the material and closes the holes in decomposed fibrous cement surfaces. This will
effectively create the basis for adhesion to the material, and at the same time create an optimal surface for fol-
low-up application of Isonit to allow it to adhere perfectly and prevent moisture from penetrating and damaging
the surface.
Iso Metal OneCoat is a water-based top coat and thick-emulsion paint with a Gloss 20 factor relying on a com-
bination of acrylics and polyurethane polymers. It has an impressive corrosion-inhibitive pigment content that
protects against corrosion, while its flexibility and nano-fibre additive cross-bond to reinforce the paint coat.
Iso Metal OneCoat adheres to most metal materials, including iron, aluminium and zinc as well as galvanized
surfaces. (In case of rust, first clean and apply Iso RustConverter.)
