Hypercoat SB UV Protect is used for UV protection of dark-colour Hypercoat and extends the lifetime and finish of the Hypercoat systems by many years. Hypercoat Universal FlexSealer is a flexible PU-based sealing compound supplied in bags. The product is used to seal corners and edges where are cracks and fractures in the surface as well as around outlets, etc. It should be applied before applying the Hypercoat products. HydroBlock WB is a water-based proofing product used for protecting and regenerating treatment of mineral sur- faces on building facades, roofs and tiles. HydroBlock has energy-saving, water-repellent and self-cleaning features, and it inhibits miscolouring and dirt build-up on the surface, while also preventing salt blooms and frost bursts. Also available as HydroBlock SB, which is a solvent-based proofing agent for used on hard mineral surfaces such as granite and marble thanks to its higher degree of penetration in these hard and dense surfaces. This applies for both types of this proofing product, which thanks to its unique chemical composition of siloxanes and free reactive groups actively bonds with the mineral surfaces and reinforces them thereby considerably extending their service life. ProCover is a water-based silane-modified fluorine for effective protection and proofing of buildings. It is highly useful on horisontal surfaces exposed to water, oil and grease as it has an inhibiting effect on these and prevent them from penetrating the building surface. Further, it impedes growth of green algae and dirt, and it prevents frost damage. The surface remains diffusion-open, while the agent remains completely invisible following completed treatment. Also available as ProCover HC, a solvent-based product designed for application on hard mineral surfaces like granite and marble. ISO Dry Crème Extreme forms an invisible, energy-saving barrier impermeable to rain and water. ISO Dry Crème Extreme has a thick, creamy consistency and can be applied by roller or brush, making it very easy to work with. ISO Dry Crème Extreme relies on nano technology, i.e. ultrafine particles, which enables the product to deeply penetrate the surface in concrete and cement building materials. Its chemical composition builds on siloxanes with free reactive groups, which is the reason the product is able to actively bond with cement and concrete this way it reinforces the surface strength and prevents frost damage, salt efflorescence, etc. These excellent product qualities will last for up to 20 years. Sd values tested according to DIN EN ISO 7783-2 and W24 values according to EN 1062-3. The ConGuard Impregnation have been certified and approved by the German QDB Qualitätgemeinschaft Deutsche Bauchemie, it has received CE-marking and met the requirements in the European concrete standard DS/EN 1504-2. ConGuard has been specifically developed for maintenance, reinforcement and proofing of con- crete structures on bridges, concrete crossties, concrete buildings, etc. indoors as well as outdoors, where there is a need to protect against the penetration of water and moisture. HydroBlock Injection is an injection paste developed for pedestals and walls that prevents underlying humidity from entering the brickwork. The paste is injected in brick walls along the mortar layer or in concrete pedestals, in both cases at regularly spaced intervals, in predrilled holes. The injected paste then distributes in the wall, deeply penetrating the same before it hardens and forms a lasting, water-repellent barrier that prevents moisture from rising inside the wall. UNI TOPCOAT and FlEX TOPCOAT are ClimateCooler paints that are unique cool paints available in all colours from white to black, and feature technology that protects the surface as a result of a capacity to reflect up to 80% of the sun rays. This translates into a reduction of up to 40% of the roof surface temperature, and consid- erable improvement of the indoor climate, while at the same time it is possible to achieve significant savings for cooling the building. ClimateCooler is available in two versions: ClimateCooler Uni with flexibility up to 200% and ideal for standard roofs covered by fibre cement or cement roof tiles. The other version, ClimateCooler Flex, features flexibility up to 400% and is suitable for extremely worn and difficult roofs covered by e.g. bitumen roofing felt, steel panels, etc. ClimateCooler Roof Primer is available in two versions: UNI PRIMER and FlEX PRIMER. Iso Silicone facade paint was developed based on an aqueous silicone emulsion with excellent spreading capacit- ies and lasting qualities of up to 20 years. This facade paint is energy-saving, diffusion-open, dirt and water-re- pellent, feature self-cleaning qualities, and by keeping the facade dry it offers additional protection against encrustation. New mineral surfaces should be primed beforehand with Iso Silicone facade primer for optimal properties against water degradation. Iso Silicone facade primer is a non-pigmented primer with very high penetrating capacity. Prior to applying Iso Silicone facade paint, this primer should be used on absorbent mineral surfaces. It is then water-repellent and reinforces the coated surface thanks to its cross-link characteristics for optimal treatment results.
