reinforces what technically is called the "Total Solar Reflectance" (TSR), which
means the ability of the surface to reflect sun rays. High TSR, the higher the less uncontrolled heat-
ing of the building. Without treatment of ClimateCooler

, the Sun Rays are being absorbed in the
Building with extra expenses for cooling as a result.
