Berlin Team Commended The County Commissioners presented commendations this week to assistant coach Eric Snelsire and each member of the Berlin Little League All Stars for winning the District 8 Tournament and going on to win the 2013 Maryland State Championship, making them the first team in Maryland to take home both trophies three years in a row.
