File Photo OCEAN CITY – The Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum is currently participating in the Blue Star Museums program for active duty military families. Blue Star Museums is a program which entitles active duty military personnel and their immediate family free admission into the Museum. Active duty personnel include Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and active National Guard and active Reserve members. More than 1,600 museums and participating organizations in all 50 states are involved the Blue Star Museums program, which runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In addition to the Blue Star Museums program, the museum will be participating in the “Salute to Services” program in Ocean City, offering free admission into the Museum for qualified personnel. This program is open to all members of the military and their families, both active and retired, in addition to firefighters, police officers, emergency responders and EMS personnel. The “Salute to Services” special offers are in effect through June 22. The museum is open daily from June to October.
