June 14, 2013 The Dispatch/Maryland Coast Dispatch Page 73 Branson Comes To West OC BERLIN – Branson entertainer Dave “Elvis” Ehlert has announced that he will bring his critically acclaimed tribute to Hank Williams to the stage of the OC Jamboree in West Ocean City as part of his nationwide tour schedule. The show features him performing as countless legends of country music. According to Ehlert, audience members should expect to hear and see many of their favorite artists from days of Country Music gone by presented in a very fun show. Accordingly, Ehlert has named his show “Hank Williams and Country Legends.” Since 1994, he has operated the first theater ever built in Branson Mo., the Owens Theater. There he widened his act to include tributes to many other characters including Tom Jones, Neil Diamond, Liberace, Willie Nelson, Conway Twitty, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, Hank Williams and many more. The show will be performed at the OC Jamboree at 2 pm on Saturday, June 22. Ticket cost is $25.
