Grants
The number of foundations that will
support independent schools with
grant funding is limited. When
independent schools can demonstrate
that a high percentage of their families
and alumni support the school
philanthropically, and the members
of the school community are engaged
in the life of the school as volunteers
and contributors, foundations are
much more likely to support a
grant request.
Shorecrest was fortunate to receive
several grants in the 2012-2013
fiscal year.
