repair. By 2009 when Heritage Lottery Fund gave us the thumbs up
to turn our vision into a more detailed request, we were then on the
unstoppable roller-coaster of designs, permissions, partnerships,
fund-raising and of course, the actual delivery of the works.

who have helped us reveal Lincoln Castle; too many to mention here I'm afraid and having worked
on the project for the whole ten years I hope you will forgive me for looking back at a time when the
