Assateague Island Alliance (AIA) Board Members Bob Hulburd and Carolyn Cummins presented a $5,000 donation to Assateague Island National Seashore Superintendent Trish Kicklighter during National Park Week. AIA supports educational, interpretive and scientific programs, assuring stewardship, restoration and preservation of Assateague Island resources.
Kiwanians Tom and Barbara Southwell are pictured with a full load of food collected from the members and donated to Diakonia. The Southwells chaired the program and got a great response as evident from the load of goods in their SUV.
