FPS HAS LAUNCHED A `PREFERRED
PARTNERS' SCHEME to point members
to goods and service providers who it
considers reliable and cost effective.
"Over the years we've built a wealth of
knowledge through working closely
with some of the leading specialists in
their fields. FPS is inviting a handful of
selected companies to become a
Preferred Partner. The badge will
immediately identify businesses that we
regard as reliable and it will be an
indication to FPS members looking for
that particular service. ," said FPS
Marketing Coordinator, Vanessa Cook.
Among the first listings is the OAMPS
Group which has been providing
insurance and risk management
solutions to members of FPS and its
members since 1986. OAMPS provides a
wide range of exclusive insurance
products and services including business
insurance solutions, spillage response,
driver training and consultation for
DGSA, Business Continuity and more.
Within the OAMPS umbrella, OHES
Environmental provides environmental
solutions to distributors; 24-7 Response
supplies advisers to help resolve oil spills
and set up an operation centre for
OAMPS' on-scene emergency response;
PTF Training provides driver training;
and PTF Consulting helps businesses
address legislative issues and provides
advice on such subjects as Business
Continuity, Disaster Planning, Fire
Assessments, Health & Safety, ISO 14001
Auditing and DGSA work.
Reynolds Trade Credit is also an early
Preferred Partner. The UK's oldest
specialist trade credit and political risks
insurance broker, in business since 1918,
specialises in trade credit management,
trade credit insurance and credit risk
mitigation. Its clients span all sizes of
business, from small local firms to multi-
national organisations.
Preferred partners will be listed on the
