Licence Maintenance
Notice 2013:
Pay it before April 30!
The licence maintenance 2013 period is underway.
You will soon receive by mail your licence maintenance notice along with its
explanatory note and a letter from the Fonds d'assurance responsabilité pro-
fessionnelle du courtage immobilier du Québec (FARCIQ). And the new thing this
year is that you will also receive your notice by email.
When reviewing your notice, you will note that it includes:
· the OACIQ licence fees;
· the contribution to the Real Estate
Indemnity Fund;
· the professional liability insurance
premium.

Licence Maintenance button
You will find a lot of useful information regarding
your licence
maintenance file
and may:
·
check your licence maintenance 2013 status;
·
discover the payment methods available to you;
·
review and print your receipt;
·
pay directly your licence fees by credit card;
·
and much more!
Pay now
You have until April 30, 2013, to pay your licence fees. Do it now! You
will ensure that your fees are paid within the specified time period and
thus avoid a predicament such as the revocation of your licence.
Many methods of payment
At your request, we offer you many methods of payment and financing
to pay your licence fees:
· by credit card, directly online by visiting
www.oaciq.com/pay-licence
or through
Synbad homepage;
· through a financial institution (see the full list included in the
explanatory note accompanying your licence maintenance notice
2013);
· by cheque (make sure to send it to us before April 17);
· by Accord D (VISA Desjardins credit card for individuals).
Take advantage of Accord D financing
With Accord D, you benefit from three interest-free months from
the date your licence fees are paid. Afterwards, you may take
advantage of 12 equal instalments (at an annual rate of 13.5%).
Make use of it!
Note that you must be a holder of a VISA Desjardins credit card for
individuals. Apply for one at
www.desjardins.com
or visit a
Caisse
Desjardins branch. You do not need to open an account to get one.
However, you must have the necessary credit on your card to avoid
any unpleasant surprises.

Do you know that you can pay and monitor the licence maintenance
status of your brokers? Check your file by logging in to
Synbad and
then clicking on the
Licence Maintenance button.
