growing too; and i'm delighted to welcome Saleem aziz
and James o'Hearne to the team, both of whom join us
as Senior auction Surveyors in london and the north
west respectively. Saleem has over 11 years of auction
experience, previously being with barnard Marcus. James on
the other hand has a wealth of commercial and residential
property knowledge with 15 years of private practice
behind him. i'm sure you'll all join me in welcoming James
and Saleem; they're eager to assist you with your auction
purchases!

team of 4 and they'll be covering the whole of the north
and Midlands as well as Scotland. whilst we're already
working closely together, they'll officially come under the
Countrywide property auctions banner after Christmas.

with our new venues of le Meridian Hotel on piccadilly for
our london sales and the 1999 Suite at old trafford for our
Manchester sales (which had made me very unpopular with
the City fans on staff!!). there'll be 7 auction series in 2014
and each catalogue will incorporate our sales in london,
exeter, Manchester and Sheffield, so you'll now have one
point of reference for all of our sales and you'll be able to
keep abreast of what's happening in the auction market
across the country.
