one document from each of the two lists below:
Personal Identification either
Evidence of Address either
Current Signed passport or
public utility bill issued within the last three months or
Current uk Driving licence or
local authority tax bill or
inland Revenue tax notification or
bank, building Society or Credit union Statement containing
current address or
Fire arms Certificate
the most recent original Mortgage Statement or
Current uk Driving licence (if not used as an identity document).
