What Will The New Year Hold?
“Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.” Psalms 65:11 Who can say just what the New Year will hold? It’s like an open sea that’s uncharted and unknown. No ships have ever sailed this way before even the wisest among us cannot tell us what will befall us on this New Year. Will this be the year that our families are put back together, that our communities are aware of God’s grace in a far greater way? Is this the year that our state, our county turns its heart back to the God that we put on our money? Is this the year that we put God back in our schools and stop wondering why another generation doesn’t know the God of the Heavens? I fear that our beloved country is lost on a wide open sea. A sea that’s taking us to a Sodom and Gomorrah type culture. On a sea were the Bible this country was founded on and it’s only chart across these rough and unknown waters, is scorned and ridiculed. Will this be the year that His Church go on the offensive? The Church will not be heard by Compromise but by Declaring Boldly the truth of His Divine Revelations in His Word. “Oh Lord, How long will thou wait? Will you let this be the year that You show us thy Glory and thy Goodness? Revive us Lord and have mercy upon the soul of this our beloved Country. Help us to realize that all good things come down to us from above through our obedience to your word. Crown this year with Revival... Amen.”
