2 Thursday, June 1, 2017 The Montague County Carpenter’s Shop dba The Nocona Senior Center is proud to announce the continued joint venture between the VFW and The Carpenter Shop in its endeavor to pursue Charitable Bingo at the VFW. This will be an ongoing event the 4th Friday of every month. All proceeds will be donated to support The Meals on Wheels Program of Nocona to help feed the needy and disabled of the community. This monthly local event will provide the City of Nocona and surrounding areas an opportunity to participate in local Bingo activities that has not been available for many years. Also, it will help financially to ensure that all clients in need of food in our community will be able to receive nutrition. The Nocona Senior Center continually strives to support the seniors of Nocona by partnering with other entities to nurture all seniors: mind, body and spirit.
