We provide people recovering from illness or injury and people with varying
abilities with a variety of services to assist them in living independently.
Funding for these programs comes from the South West Local Health
Integration Network, the Town of St. Marys, program and service fees, and
community donors. Programs include:

CHAP Blood Pressure Clinics - FREE!
Ages 18+
The Cardiovascular Health Awareness Program (CHAP) offers free, drop-in
blood pressure clinics throughout St. Marys and area. On-site, trained
volunteers assist with any modifiable risk factors.
