variety of equipment, interval sets, circuit training, and cardio box, to improve
your cardiovascular, strength and functional movements. Get your sweat on
with this 50 plus age group. No impact exercises.

Yoga
Ages 18+
Yoga transforms body and mind. Help improve your range of motion, posture,
balance and mental state with this program. We will guide and support your
yoga practice at your own fitness level.

Chair Yoga
Ages 50+
Chair yoga is a great way to exercise and relax, using movements taken from
traditional yoga and adapted for the chair. Classes are practiced using a chair
to hold poses and assist with balance in standing poses. Classes are meant to
be strengthening and uplifting for people, encourage practices that honour
unique physical abilities, increase breathing and reduce stress.
