If you are looking for a small, stroller option then the
Maclaren is the rolls royce of strollers. The Quest
Elite has a full recline, which means you can use it
from birth, and then has three more positions so you
can adjust it as your baby grows. If you are looking
for something that is lightweight, perfect for public
transport, that you can carry up and down stairs
with one hand, but still provides full comfort for your
newborn, then this is it.
You can fold the Quest Elite with one hand and a kick
of the foot and it has both a handle and a shoulder
strap for easy transport. It's the stroller of choice for
travelers as its `umbrella' style, which you can take
on board a plane and it folds up small. The only
downsides with the Maclaren (or any umbrella stroller)
is that it doesn't `clean fold' which means that when it's
folded the wheels touch the sun hood so it can get a bit
dirty.

The Zee is the newest Valco on the market and it is
another of the popular new stroller/pram hybrids. As
light and compact as a stroller, but with all the comfort
and benefits of a full pram, the Zee is a great choice for
parents who want something light and easy to use. A
highlight of the Zee is it's amazing folding system- the
chassis folds in half, making it a very small pram that
fits easily in any car. It also has an extendable sun
hood to protect the baby's eyes.
The Zee has a toddler seat option but be aware that
it can only be used when the second baby is reclined-
you can't have two sitting up toddlers in the pram. The
toddler seat clicks in to the bumper bar slots and it
doesn't recline, so it's really only suitable for a bigger
toddler who no longer sleeps in the pram.
It's a great option for light off-road use and suburban
living at a much lower price point than many other
stroller designs.
