The NW Bandits Baseball Club believes that success as an organization is rooted in team achievements
not individual exploits. No player will ever stage an individual celebration after hitting a home run, strik-
ing out an opposing player or winning a game. We will enjoy the moment as a team, but never "show up"
an opponent. WE WILL RESPECT EACH OTHER. Swearing or other forms of disrespect towards a coach or
teammate will not be tolerated!
Respect the Game
· Abusive language, throwing bats or helmets in anger, showing disrespect for coaches and
opponents will be subject to discipline.
· Being late to practice or games without a valid reason and informing the coach of the valid
reason in advance will not be tolerated and any occurrence will be subject to discipline.
· Players will always be respectful toward coaches, umpires, opponents, fans and each other.
· Hustle Rule: Any time a player does not hustle he will be removed from the fi eld. we run to
our positions, we never walk.
NW Bandit Dress Code
· Uniforms will be clean for every game. Jersey's will always be tucked in
· No earrings
· Hats will be worn properly at all times with bill in front, especially in public
· Uniforms are provided, however, we prefer black sleeves or t-shirt worn underneath your
jersey
· Shoes should be cleaned and when possible, polished before each game
A major investment is made in the uniforms you wear as a NW Bandit. Whenever you are wearing that
uniform you are representing the NW Bandit program.
Players are expected to act responsibly and appropriately when associated with the NW Bandits Baseball
Club at games, restaurants, hotels, etc. Players are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Players
are required to respect the property of others.
