Contractor Call
Contractor Call provides a free referral service
to home owners of all ages in Eastbourne,
Pevensey, Hailsham, Polegate, Seaford and
Bexhill-on-Sea.
We serve to protect local residents from rogue
traders by maintaining a register of vetted and
approved contractors, to whom we refer work.
How we can help
If you have maintenance, repairs or
improvements to be done in and around your
home then call us and let us find the appropriate
contractor for the job.
Our commitment to you
· We will personally match your needs to the
most suitable contractor for the job
· We track all jobs placed with us to ensure you
receive the highest standards of workmanship
and service
· Should problems arise, we will mediate
between you and the contractor to reach a
successful outcome
We do not complete any of the work ourselves.
We do not provide regular services such as
gardening, window cleaning or domestic
housework.
Our vetting procedure
We work in partnership with East Sussex
County Council, Trading Standards, Sussex
Police, Eastbourne Borough Council and
Neighbourhood Watch Schemes.
All contractors on our register have been trading
for a minimum of 12 months and have been
vetted and approved. We ensure we have
current Public Liability Insurance certificates for
each contractor before they can accept referrals.
