The Carol Steffy Spirit of Esther Fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore contributed $1,000 to the PAC14 Endowment Fund. Steffy established the Spirit of Esther Fund in memory of her mother, Esther Sinnott Moore. The donation will allow PAC14 to continue to provide local community-oriented television programming. Worcester County Developmental Center clients helped decorate the giant Christmas tree in the Worcester County Government Center in Snow Hill earlier this month.
