LPA took advantage of the existing unique subterranean
location of the café to extend the user experience to
both the enhanced Fountain Court and newly created
Breezeway Portal.
February, this unique amenity has transformed the
experience of the occupants and created an amazing
`destination' for social interaction. The 400-seat dining
area is enveloped by two curved glass exterior walls
bringing daylight to the interior tenants, and exposing
ceilings to the waffle deck structure above.
