(Image Source: Shutterstock) New World’s Record of Marble Run Tower Building Was Born! In March, Hape participated a ‘World’ s Longest Marble Building Experience Journey’ at Odysseum in Cologne. Nine world famous marble run brands including Hape with its Quadrilla participated in this activity. At 11:30 on 23rd March 2013, under the watchful eyes of hundreds of visitors, media and notary office, a new world record was born: a marble run tower with a total length of over 1000 meters and up to 3000 toy blocks stands now at Odysseum (Science & Adventure Experience Museum) in Cologne. The world record holder of building marble run tower belongs to Mr. Klaus Peter Beier from Germany, and his (Photographer: Romana Cathcart) last record of the world’ s longest marble run track ‘Phaeno’ was made in Wolfsburg in 21th July, 2012.
