PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event an establishment
(listed in the current program) refuses
to honour your card, all you need to do
is to send a copy of the bill, together
with details of the claim and your
membership to us and we will send
you a cheque for the credit you
should have received.
Note: For all restaurants, the card holder must be
accompanied by at least one other person to be entitled
to one complimentary main course or the dollar value
indicated. There is a limit to the use of only two Hightide
Cards per table. Notify the restaurant you intend using your
Hightide Card or show your Membership Card to the waiter
when you receive your bill or making payment.
