October Auction...
Following our successful September sale we
have now sold 453 lots in 2013, a success
rate in excess of 82% and still have 3 more sales to
go. A wide range of property was sold from a parcel
of land at £300 to a former care home at £635,000.
Online bidding again proved popular, we have now
sold at least one lot to a live online bidder in each
sale the service has been offered.
