HOW WE WORK
RFX+CARE group are members of FTA (Foreign Trade
Association) following the Amfori (BSCI) auditing system.
Furthermore, we are obliged to follow CSR schemes by others
such as SEDEX and BRC, who both have certified us. In short,
you know that your products have been produced in a factory
complying with all international humanitarian and legal aspects.

Child labor must in no way occur.

FN `s human rights on discrimination must be followed.
·
Salaries must at least meet the country's minimum wage.
·
Working hours should not exceed 48 hours per week,
except in very special exceptions.
·
An as safe and healthy workplace as possible is sought.
·
No work must be done involuntarily or under pressure.
·
An environmental policy that is based on improving the
work towards a better environment.
·
All forms of return commission, corruption and extortion
must be countered.
