Members of the Bowie Lions Club gathered at the Bowie Public Library on Saturday, May 13, to witness Leo Lions Club member Blanca Guerrero draw the winning ticket for an original oil painting by Judy Gelfert. Out of over 300 tickets sold, the winner was Rayce Cantwell, general manager of Wise Electric Co-op. Proceeds from the raffle will help an elementary Odyssey of the Mind team travel to Michigan State University to compete in World Finals. Thanks to all who participated, and congratulations to Rayce!
