Wedding Cake designer Anna Long has been specialising in creating Bespoke and Unique Wedding Cakes and
celebration cakes for all occasions for over 30 Years. She has been decorating cakes since she was a child. With both
of her Grans being Cooks and Cake Decorators she started at the early age of 9. She enjoyed this so much that she
took on the role of a Saturday girl in the local bakery to learn more.
At the age of 23 she opened her first cake craft retail and celebration cake making business which is still trading to this
very day, nearly 30 successful years later.
Every cake she creates is designed to suit the personality and style of each individual and made with outstanding
craftsmanship and close attention to detail. Our wide range of services includes Tiered Wedding Cakes, Novelty
Wedding cakes, Traditional Wedding Cakes, Wedding Cup-cakes. We can offer a variety of different cakes from
Traditional Rich Fruit Cake to Budget Sponge Cake, Gluten and Egg free options are available if they are required.
From delicate hand crafted sugar flowers and stunning lace work, to fun and funky modern patterns and sugar models,
our one of a kind decorations are all hand sculpted in our workroom to meet your requirements.
We will work together with you to produce a unique design tailored to suit you to ensure your cake fits perfectly
alongside the theme of your wedding.
We also offer a very unique service in which we are able to Re-Produce the actual Lace pattern in near perfect detail
from the Brides Dress, to be used to create that one of a kind, personal addition to your cake taking you one step
closer to the Wedding Cake you've always dreamed of.
