Our professional team of staff and volunteers
can guide you through the complicated benefits
system. We offer a full entitlement check and
hands-on help to apply for what you're entitled
to and how to challenge decisions you weren't
expecting.
Housing support
If you're thinking about future accommodation
needs, you will want to know what could be
available and how to access them. We can provide
you with a range of information from residential
care to Extra Care housing schemes or grants and
aids to future proof your home. We'll even help you
fill out the forms.
Available in Monmouthshire and Newport
Sometimes you may feel like talking things over
in the comfort of your own home. We can help
resolve problems, check your benefits, assist with
filling in forms and look at ways of helping you
remain independent. In some areas you may
also be able to attend one of our day clubs.
Last year this service enabled more than
2,000 older people gain over £5 million in
extra income to help them live more
comfortably and with the correct entitlements.
