Goldman School of Dental Medicine (GSDM), was recently accepted to the Massachusetts Dental Society Leadership Institute. He joins a select group of 18 participants who will receive special leadership training. David is a member of the AO Boston Alumni chapter and has received degrees from Boston University, the University of Connecticut, and the Hebrew University Hadassah School of Dental Medicine. Please click here for the full article. david dano ronaLd goLdstEin Ronald Goldstein recently received two special designations from the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (GACD): First Honored Lifetime Member and First Lifetime Achievement Award. Ronald is noted as the “Architect of Modern Aesthetic Dentistry” and Alpha Omega congratulates him on these honors. Ronald, a longtime Atlanta chapter member, was the AO International President in 1976 and received the AO Achievement Medal Award in 1997. ronaLd goLdstEin Please click here for the full article. ao PHi cHaPtEr The AO Louisville Phi Chapter and frater Larry Gettleman, chapter advisor, were recently featured in the Louisville Cardinal, an independent student newspaper. The article discussed the philanthropic project, the Handmakers Project, that Larry and his team of AO students execute at the annual St. James Art Fair in Louisville, Kentucky. www.ao.org Larry has been instrumental not only with teaching dental students and guiding the Phi chapter but also in mentoring to give back to the community.
