enkel taksvrije producten kopen op vluchten buiten de

U kunt uw aankopen betalen met een kredietkaart
of met cash geld. Kredietkaarten (Visa of Eurocard/
Mastercard) worden aanvaard vanaf 5 tot een
maximum van 200 of zoals bepaald door de uitgever
van uw kredietkaart. Wij aanvaarden enkel betalingen
in Euro of US Dollar (enkel biljetten). Op vluchten van
en naar Denemarken kunt u ook met Deense Kronen
betalen. Om de veiligheid van kredietkaarttransacties
te garanderen verzoeken we u vriendelijk om uw
identiteitskaart te tonen aan het cabinepersoneel voor
aankopen vanaf 100.

Contacteer onze klantendienst binnen de 30 dagen
voor alle vragen rond de aangekochte producten en hun
garantie. Alle taksvrije artikelen die aan boord verkocht
worden, genieten een internationale garantie van
minstens één jaar. Uw aankoopbewijs geldt als garantie-
bewijs. Om aanspraak te kunnen maken op de garantie
moet u uw aankoopbewijs kunnen voorleggen.

Lowest Price guarantee
If you find the same product that you have purchased
in our onboard brochure at a lower price at your
outbound airport in Belgium, Inflight Service Europe
AB will refund you the price difference. Just present
some kind of documentation from the airport to our
Customer Relations and we will pay the price difference.
