Make Dad his very own "stache"
of his favorite treats.
What you need:
· 4 pack of frappachino drink
· 1 Foam sheet-black
· 4 Foam sheets, bright color to cover carton
· Stick-on foam letters - 3/4" size (we used white and colored them
with marker of our choice)
· Spray paint for lids (we used bright yellow)
· Craft paint - black
· 4 wooden 1" balls
· Hot glue gun & glue
· Scissors
· Marker
· Copy machine (optional)
What you do:
1. Trace shape of drink carton onto colored foam sheet. Cut out.
Glue onto all sides of carton including handle and bottom. (we cut
our handle pieces about 1/2" taller than actual carton size so that
the top pieces would touch and glue together.
2. Using copy machine and template, increase size of mustache to
4 1/2" wide, Trace onto black foam. Cut out. Set aside.
3. Stick "Dads Stache" lettering onto carton. (we started with white letters and colored them yellow with magic marker before
placing on carton) We glued the mustache only at the center to give a more 3 dimensional effect.
4. Spray paint lids. Let dry completely. Paint balls with black craft paint. Let dry. Hot glue balls onto lids. Remove labels from
bottles. Fill bottles with Dads favorite treats!
