Zycko is RASP (Riverbed Authorised Support Partner) accredited, delivering Riverbed authorised level 1 and level 2
support for software or hardware related issues. With visibility and control of the Riverbed estate, and direct access
to Riverbed level 3 engineers if ever required, problem identification and network restore is quicker with the Zycko
Managed service.
HEALTH CHECKS AND TUNING
Zycko will provide quarterly or annual health checks, dependant on the size of the environment, undertaking a full
analysis of the Riverbed estate and a report of findings and recommendations.
FEATURE ENABLEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Using Zycko's team of RCSP qualified engineers, consultation can be put in place to offer a pre-packaged number of
consultantancy days to assist or manage in the full enablement of features or change requests.
