When placing your order, please refer to the Item Number or UPC.
New Customers: A new customer profile form must be submitted prior to placing an order online or with Customer Care. Please allow 24 hours for new customer set-up.
Terms of Sale: Terms are granted based on past payment history, length of time in business, and available credit history. For new accounts wishing to establish
credit terms please allow 2 weeks for processing your credit application. Failure to provide complete information on your credit application will delay approval. Orders
will not be shipped on accounts past due (over 30 days) or over credit limit. Our credit team will contact you when orders are placed on credit hold. For quick order turn
around or paying old balances, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card orders are authorized for the order value plus freight. We
discourage the use of debit cards with daily limits. A service charge of 1.5% will be added to past due balances. A $75.00 charge will be charged for all returned checks.
Minimum Order: There is no minimum order, however orders under $150.00 will be accepted but subject to a $15.00 handling charge plus freight charge.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via UPS Parcel & UPS Freight. Customers in the Midwest may be delivered by a KeHE Truck-please inquire with Customer
Care. Freight is added to the order unless the prepaid minimum level is reached per order. Prepaid level is $500 for all states EXCEPT the following which are
$1000 for prepaid freight: AZ,CA,CO,FL,ID,LA,ME,MT,NM,NV,OR,TX,UT,WA,WY. Alaska and Hawaii are always FOB. All orders are shipped from Romeoville, IL
warehouse. Special services requested may be subject to additional charges. In warm climates, cooler boxes are used to ship temperature sensitive products and
billed at $10.00 each.
Upon Arrival: You must count your cartons before signing. If there are any damages or shortages you must mark the bill of lading with the number of damaged
cases or shorts. All claims of shortage, damage, or other shipment related issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. To report any of the above call

Invoices: Preferred method of invoice delivery is via email so an invoice will be sent before your shipment arrives. Fleet deliveries will include an invoice with order.
Backorders: We do not back order items, so any items that are out of stock, please place on your next order.
Returns and Call Tags: When an item is shipped in error call tags will be issued. If you wish to return an item they can only be accepted when accompanied by a
return authorization number issued by customer care. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater.
