The Interview Success Formula is a career counseling training platform designed to help build customized interview responses for individuals based on various assessments. While attending the Success Lab Sierra gained a career interest in Customer Service. She began training for her certification and obtained employment at a local restaurant. On April 29, 2020, she attained her Customer Service Certification! Sierra attended and completed a mock interview and our required restorative justice classes prior to the pandemic. The career-guided activities she participated in were used for job interview training purposes. Sierra then finished all of her essential skills classes virtually due to the global risk of the COVID-19.  Once local and statewide COVID-19 guidelines have been lifted she will participate in the next TDP graduation. Sierra stated, “The Dannon Project has been supportive of me as I was on maternity leave. They showed me they really care and want better for me and my family.” Sierra is a 22-year-old resident of Youth Careers ParKcipant De’Asia began occupational training at the end of last year. She recently received her Certified Nursing Assistant certification after completing clinical at Cherry Hill nursing home. De’Asia not only completed her clinical at Cherry Hill Nursing Home she was offered a position! Her hard work, dedication, and great attitude truly paid off.  De’Asia has successfully completed 90% of her ISP goals and will participate in annual youth graduation. Graduation will look at a little different this year, but we cannot wait to celebrate De’Asia and all of our Participants taking steps towards their second chance. De’Asia stated, “The Dannon Project has provided me the opportunity to have a career! I have obtained a CNA certification and gained full time employment to support my family!” De’Asia we are so proud of you.
