Since the launch of In-spire LS magazine the team have managed to achieve a great deal, as well as reaching
out to an online audience of over a 220,000 online readers and over 27 million hits, In-spire LS has had
the opportunity to attend a great deal of events from live music showcases to press days whilst building and
maintaining relationships with a variety of established brands, and individuals. In the last three years, In-spire
LS has had the opportunity of securing a number of exclusive interviews with household names including Sir
Richard Branson, Usain Bolt (In-spire LS were the only magazine to interview him in 2011), Yohan Blake, RnB
Singer Mya, Actress Stacey Dash and many more.
The magazine has also amassed a great deal of support from the general public both online and offline with a
combined social network following of over 50,000 people.
In October 2011: In-spire LS Magazine was nominated for "Best Magazine of the Year" at the 2011 BEFFTA
Awards. The magazine was up against reputable print publications but with the help of our readers we went on
to win the award.
In November 2011: Sasha Bennett Editor and creator of In-spire LS Magazine was announced as one of the
winners of the Ernst & Young's Future 100 Awards. The Future 100 Awards recognises the success of young
entrepreneurs aged 18-35 who demonstrate entrepreneurial flair and innovation in progressing a responsible
business venture.
In June 2012: Sasha Bennett was nominated and won a personal achievement award for the work she has done
with In-spire LS and the impact it has had on the public. This was awarded by Youth charity The Sunday Essiett
Company.
