might deem prudent. All Buyers should be aware that the brokers and salespersons involved
in this offering have not conducted an expert inspec7on or analysis of the water rights for
this property. In addi7on, all mineral rights appurtenant to the property and owned by the
Seller, if any, will convey to the Buyer at closing.
